We are Propello.

Australia has millions of investment properties and a huge share of private landlords running them part-time. The old playbook—opaque fees, scattered records, and “someone else will remember”—doesn't match how people actually live and work today.

Propello is a modern platform for finding flow in self-management: leases, rent, maintenance, compliance dates, and tenant comms in one calm workspace—built for Australian residential rentals, not a generic global template.

Clear tools. Flatter fees where it matters. Less guesswork for landlords and tenants.

Our mission: Make self-management real.

Four commitments we hold ourselves to—same spirit as the best operator-led platforms, with an engineer's bias for systems that don't let people down.

Find a better way

To run your rental

We question awkward workflows and patchwork tools. If a landlord still lives in spreadsheets and inbox threads, the product isn’t finished.

Make it work

For real portfolios

Feedback shapes what we build. The goal is software that fits 1–3 property landlords—not a shrink-wrapped agency stack.

You’re the right person

To own the details

Self-management should feel achievable, not heroic. Propello is built to keep obligations visible and actions obvious.

Deliver what we promise

Especially on compliance

Trust comes from clarity—on fees, on records, and on what the platform will (and won’t) do for you.

After years of renting in Australia, the same problems kept showing up: unclear communication, scattered records, slow maintenance loops, and a property-management model that often feels more complicated and expensive than it needs to be.

Propello started from a simple idea—rental management can be fairer, more transparent, and better designed. I'm building it for small landlords who want to run properties properly without a second job: stay organised, meet obligations, and give tenants a clearer, more responsive experience.

My background is engineering, operations, and strategy. The motivation is straightforward: build a better system for the people actually living inside the current one—and push toward a future with clearer tools, better records, flatter fees, and more control for landlords and tenants.
